Leadership Retreats are annual, regional events that bring together current and aspiring leaders of the various campus organizations to learn how to run a college student organization. Led by ITASA staff, these leaders sharpen their skills in communication, event organization, and motivational methods through fun exercises designed by the Programming team. Retreats also give TASA leaders from every region a chance to meet each other, exchange ideas, and build connections that ultimately encourage the planning of intercollegiate events. Leadership Retreats generally occur in the fall, and their number and location vary from year to year.
This year, the programming team looks to revamp the event content by giving new focus to vision, identity, and authenticity in a leadership context.
