FAPA YPG is hosting a Taiwan Presidential Election Observation Tour from March 13–26, 2008. January 19, 2008 is the deadline to apply.

FAPA YPG’s 2008 Presidential Election Tour seeks to unite supporters of Taiwan on both sides of the Pacific Ocean. College students, young professionals, and other seasoned advocates of all generations are invited to apply. FAPA will select approximately 20 people to participate in a 12-day election tour of Taiwan, which will include stops in northern, central, and southern regions. The tour will include meetings with high-ranking officials, scholars, and community leaders; participation in electoral events; and will culminate with a two-day post-election conference addressing Taiwan’s future.
