Thanks to everyone who attended this year's Midwest ITASA Conference at Northwestern University. We hope everyone had a great time, because we very happy with the success!

Important Information for all conference attendees!!

I. What to bring?

• Warm clothes
• Cell phone/camera chargers
• Semi-formal attire (for banquet)
• Clothes for the after party
• Cash for the after party and snacks

II. Food

• All meals on Saturday are covered by your registration, including:
  • Breakfast - fresh fruit, bagels, etc.
  • Lunch - Chicago's Deep Dish Pizza
  • Dinner - Banquet

III. Housing

• If you are being hosted or are living the in the hotel, you must check-in to receive your host assignments or hotel keys.
  

IV. Checking-In

• Click HERE for a list of public transportation in Chicago
• If you are driving a car, the best place to park your car for the weekend is a parking garage on campus (click HERE for map). It's a short walk away from all of the locations for our conference, whether you are arriving on Friday or Saturday.
• IF you are arriving before 11 PM on Friday (4/4/08)
  • Head to Parkes Hall, located at 1870 Sheridan Rd (click HERE for map)
  • Check-in here and enjoy the Taiwanese Night Market until 11 PM
  • Once every hour, a van will run from Parkes Hall to dormitories and Best Western to allow people to drop off their luggage with their hosts or in their hotel rooms.
• IF you are arriving after 11 PM on Friday (4/4/08)
  • Head to the Multicultural Center (MCC), located at 1936 Sheridan Rd (click HERE for map)
  • Check-in here and enjoy some simple fun and games (and maybe some leftover food)
  • Once every hour, a van will run from MCC to dormitories and Best Western to allow people to drop off their luggage with their hosts or in their hotel rooms.
  • If you are arriving very late, please let us know!
• IF you are arriving between 9 AM and 12 PM on Saturday (4/5/08)
  • Head to the Norris University Center (click HERE for map)
  • All events will be on the second floor of Norris so don't miss anything!
